About this trip

If you are going to/from Philmont, please remember to book a shuttle for both your arrival date and your departure date. 

If shuttle service is not provided on your scheduled arrival day OR you are not able to schedule an arriving flight by 1:00 pm, please contact Philmont Seasonal Personnel at (575) 376- 2281 to check for a possible arrival adjustment and/or other shuttle options. 


Fee is $125 each way and is due when you book. Refunds are available until 30 days prior to your scheduled shuttle.  Please be sure to review our Terms and Conditions document prior to booking. Payment of the shuttle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Click here.

Deadline for reservations is four weeks prior to your date of arrival / departure. Depending on our capacity, seats might be available after this deadline.  If seats are available, please book your reservation as soon as your plans are confirmed as that is the only way to guarantee your seat.

To Philmont - June 22
Scout Me In!

• Upon arrival check in at BAGGAGE CLAIM # 6 A Main Event Transportation representative will meet you there. MET can be reached at: 505-948-3026. 

• Shuttle departs Albuquerque airport as soon as the last passenger’s flight lands. We may depart earlier than 1 PM so please check in as soon as you land for exact departure time. 

• The shuttle DOES NOT stop in route so make sure you eat lunch before departure. You should be at Philmont by dinner or a box meal will be provided.

My daughter had a great time on the shuttle, and made it's safely to camp and back. No concerns about using this service in the future. Great communication and they accommodated our needs. Book early. I waited too late, and the shuttle was out of seats when I first tried to book. Thankfully someone canceled, but it was a nervous start.

Curbside airport pickup was awesome! Our guide was wonderful! He was new but great! He was very professional but kind and friendly. The lunch on the bus was just OK. PLEASE don’t make a sandwich out of a block of tofu, maybe just veggies or added hummus. Restock and Garden of the Gods were great. Thank you for adding GOG since the Airforce academy was closed. Great wolf lodge was great and in a fantastic location. Rooms were spacious. I do think they need some updating our bathroom was pretty questionable. Food was delicious and plentiful even for all the food allergies. Bud driver to philmont was great! He shared tons of facts, stories and info about the local area as we traveled along. Drive back to the airport was fine. It was full of traffic but what can you do? Wish we could have stopped for lunch bc the refunded $15 p/p doesn’t go as far at the airport but it is what it is. We definitely see the value in the service but wish there was a better budget friendly hotel like there used to be. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

Great shuttle service to and from Philmont from ABQ airport. My minor children travel solo, and I never have to worry about this service. They are responsive to my queries. The service is good value and super easy to book. And my kids have a lot of fun with the other kids on the shuttle!
